YANK does not store your photos. YANK does not track you. YANK does not sell your data. There is no user account. There are no cookies. The only data that leaves your device is the photo you deliberately upload — and it goes straight to an AI API to generate your verdict, then it's gone.

When you upload a photo, it is base64-encoded in your browser and sent over HTTPS to YANK's server, which forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API. The API analyses the photo and returns a verdict. YANK's server does not write the photo to disk, does not log it, and does not pass it to any other party.
Anthropic processes the image on their infrastructure under their own Privacy Policy.
YANK has no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no cookies, and no fingerprinting. We do not know who you are and we do not want to.
The only third-party service that receives any data from your session is Anthropic (for AI verdict generation). No data is shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other party.
YANK is hosted on Railway. Railway may collect infrastructure-level logs (IP, request metadata) as part of normal server operation, subject to their own privacy policy.
YANK is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to access, correct, and erase personal data we hold about you. Since YANK stores no personal data beyond the transient IP-based rate-limit counter, there is effectively nothing to access or erase. If you have a concern, you can contact us via the link on the main page.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of YANK after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
