By submitting a photo, you confirm that every person visible in the photo has given their explicit consent to be analysed and judged by the YANK AI. Do not upload photos of people without their knowledge or consent.
You retain full ownership of any photo you upload. YANK claims no rights over your photos.
Photos you upload are transmitted directly to Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis and are not stored on YANK's servers. Once the verdict is returned, your photo is discarded. YANK does not retain, log, or share your photos.
Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy govern how the API processes your data on their infrastructure.
YANK is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We are not liable for any hurt feelings, damaged egos, relationship arguments, or any other harm — direct or indirect — arising from use of this service.
The maximum liability of YANK to you for any claim is zero rupees. You are using a free entertainment app. Act accordingly.
Each IP address is limited to 8 yanks per 24-hour period. We may change or remove these limits at any time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
You may not use YANK to: upload photos of minors; harass, defame, or target specific individuals; scrape or automate requests; or do anything illegal under the laws of India.
The YANK name, logo, design, and code are owned by the creator. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of YANK after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
